Project Manager – Office Fit Out
📍 South Manchester (with travel across the North West and occasionally Nationwide)
💰 £50,000 – £60,000 per annum + benefits

Our client is a well-established office fit out contractor with an annual turnover of around £10m, delivering high-quality commercial interiors across the UK. With a strong reputation for excellence and repeat business, they are now looking to appoint a Project Manager to join their growing team.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, typically valued between £100k and £2m. You’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of fit out and refurbishment projects

  • Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors

  • Develop and maintain project programmes and budgets

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants

About You

  • Circa 4–5 years’ experience in a project management role

  • Background in commercial fit out preferred; other fit out or interiors experience also considered

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently

  • Flexible to travel as required (mainly North West, occasional Nationwide)

  • Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
